Dental Experience and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Verify Insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns
- Schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect co-payments
- Present treatment plans
- Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities
- Work closely with the Regional Director
Skills:
- Dental Front Office experience required
- Knowledge of dental insurance
- Experience presenting treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
