In this role you will oversee the day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the practice ensuring efficient workflows appropriate staffing levels and a seamless patient experience. Youlllead develop and support a team of 28 employees through hiring coaching performance management employee engagement and professional development initiatives. Working closely with surgeons and advanced practice providers you will serve as the operational leader for the practice identifying process improvement opportunities implementing policies and procedures and driving operational efficiency.

• High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration Healthcare Management Business Administration or related field required

• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for theBachelors Degreeand experience requirements

• 2 years of practice or healthcare experience required
