POSITION SUMMARY:

• Support the operational financial and analytical functions of RP Valley and RP Sun City through data analytics physician compensation processes reporting and workflow optimization.
• Administer physician compensation processes analyze productivity and financial metrics and develop automated tools that improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Design dashboards staffing models and operational reports that provide leadership with timely insights and optimize physician scheduling and resource utilization.
• Monitor data integrity investigate discrepancies and collaborate with physicians finance IT hospital partners and operational teams to improve workflows and resolve issues.
• Drive automation process improvement and strategic initiatives that support revenue recovery cost reduction operational efficiency and practice growth.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Data Analytics Information Systems Business Analytics Finance or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience in operations analytics finance compensation or operational support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas PivotTables Power Query Power Pivot and automation; Power BI experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards operational reports financial analyses and business intelligence solutions to support leadership decision-making.
• Strong analytical quantitative organizational project management and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with physicians leadership finance IT and operational teams while managing multiple priorities.
