Solution IT Inc. is looking for PowerEdge Infrastructure Consultant for one of its clients in New York City NY

Job Title: PowerEdge Infrastructure Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure support guidance and stability throughout the deployment and migration effort
• Maintain awareness of migration activities and processes but not serve as the primary executor
• Support the environment and assist as needed without being responsible for leading migrations

Required Skills:

• Strong PowerEdge infrastructure background combined with solid VMware experience particularly with exposure to migration environments.
• OpenManage Enterprise (OME) experience is highly preferred including:

• Deployment and implementation
• Managing large-scale environments
• The migration landscape includes:

• Primarily VMware-to-VMware migrations (vSphere 7 on legacy HP infrastructure to newer vSphere environments)
• Some Hyper-V to VMware migrations managed by a separate subcontractor team

Work Site: New York City NY

Duration: 11 months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
