Link Logistics isseekingactively enrolled undergraduate students for a 10-week paid summer internship with our Power & Infrastructure team. This internship is designed for students interested in commercial real estate infrastructure data centers investments energymarketsand the future oflogisticsreal estate.

As an intern you will gain exposure to markets and properties across the industrial and data center spectrum while working closely with a collaborative Power & Infrastructure team. You will support investment analysis market research projecttrackingand materials used by senior leaders to evaluate growth opportunities across North America.

WhatYoullDo:

• Support the Power & Infrastructure team in evaluating data center development poweredshelland infrastructure investment opportunities across North America.

• Assistwith financial underwriting valuation analysis and investment committee materials for potential acquisitions and development projects.

• Conduct market research on data centers power markets utility systems transmissioninfrastructureand industrial real estate trends.

• Analyze utility power availability infrastructureconstraintsand development timelines across target markets.

• Support due diligence efforts including review of site entitlement environmental utility-related and development information.

• Prepare presentationsdashboardsand reporting materials for senior leadership.

• Maintain project tracking databases and support portfoliomonitoringinitiatives.

• Participate in calls with utilities brokers consultantsdevelopersand internal teams.

• Current junior undergraduate student rising senior actively enrolled at an accredited four-year institution.

• Strong interest in commercial real estate infrastructure energy datacentersor investment management.

• Basic understanding of real estate investment and financing concepts including market analysis financial analysis propertyvaluationor capital markets.

• Stronganalytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Word experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized detail-orientedand able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn and develop your understanding of the real estate investment process.

• Familiarity with financial modeling valuationconceptsor market research.

• Experience using Excel to analyze data and build clear summaries or models.

• Knowledge of Arguspreferredbut not.

• Experience with AI-enabled tools or data analytics tools is a plus.

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

• Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and develop an understanding of the real estate investment process.

$45/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.
