Power Apps Power Automate Developer with Federal Government Experience

Booker DiMaio is seeking an experiencedPower Apps / Power Automate Developerto support a technology initiative with theU.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

This position will focus on designing developing deploying and maintaining business applications and workflow automation using theMicrosoft Power Platform with an emphasis on Power Apps and Power Automate. The role will work closely with stakeholders and other technical team members to develop solutions that improve business processes automate workflows and integrate information across Microsoft 365 and enterprise data environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Power Apps development experience along with a solid understanding of Power Automate Dataverse SharePoint integration application security and Power Platform governance.

• Design develop deploy and maintain business applications usingMicrosoft Power Apps.
• Develop both canvas and model-driven applications and integrate them with Dataverse SharePoint and other data sources.
• Design and maintain automated workflows usingPower Automate.
• Translate business requirements into effective Power Platform applications and workflow solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and other enterprise systems.
• Implement appropriate security permissions and role-based access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues.
• Support testing deployment documentation maintenance and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions.
• Ensure applications and workflows follow applicable governance security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders project leadership Power BI developers SharePoint/Microsoft 365 personnel and data specialists.

• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Power Apps experience.
• Hands-on experience designing developing deploying and maintaining Power Apps applications.
• Experience developing canvas and/or model-driven Power Apps.
• Strong experience withPower Automateand workflow automation.
• Experience withMicrosoft Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions withSharePoint Online.
• Experience with application security permissions and role-based access.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting Power Platform applications in a production environment.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Federal government experience.
• Experience supporting theIRS or Department of the Treasury.
• Experience with Power Platform governance and enterprise best practices.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration or development.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Experience working in environments subject to federal security governance and compliance requirements.
