1st Shift: MondayThursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
3rd Shift: MondayThursday 7:30 PM 6:00 AM
Pay Range: $20/hr $23/hr ( 10% shift differential for 3rd shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire OT Available

A growing metal manufacturing operation in the Cincinnati area is hiring Powder Coat Painters for both 1st and 3rd shift. What Youll Do

Prepare parts for powder coating (cleaning masking hanging)
Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
Cure parts according to specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished parts for coverage consistency and defects
Maintain spray equipment and keep booth areas clean
Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

What Youll Need

Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and flexibility for OT
Ability to stand move and handle parts throughout the shift
