Post Press Operator 3rd Shift Printing Production Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Post Press Operator to join our third shift team in Townsend MA. This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced printing production environment and are committed to maintaining high-quality standards overnight.

The Post Press Operator will manage the operation and manual setup/changeovers of multi-color sheet fed or high-speed continuous/web presses during the third shift. You will ensure smooth press runs maintain equipment and meet production quality standards while working Sunday through Thursday nights.

• LOCATION: Townsend MA 01469
• POSITION: Contract
• SCHEDULE: Third shift - Sunday to Thursday / 11pm-7am (Train on 1 st shift)
• PAY RATE: $22.00 hour

Responsibilities

• Set up presses effectively including loading correct stock adjusting paper path and stretch and mounting plates.
• Operate presses to meet job specifications including ink density color matching and required attributes.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance daily weekly and monthly to ensure consistent product quality.
• Understand and utilize all press controls proficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues including blanket changes and cleaning of water systems and rollers.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or printing experience.
• Knowledge of printing processes and usage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

• Third shift schedule: Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 7am.
• Training provided on first shift.
