Join our organization as a full-time Occupational Therapist serving students in a Washington school this role youll help students overcome functional challenges build independence and develop skills that support their academic and everyday success.

What Youll Do:

Youll provide in-person occupational therapy services to students and work closely with teachers school personnel and related service providers to support individual student needs. Services may address fine motor development sensory regulation self-care classroom routines functional skills and participation in daily school activities.

Beyond direct therapy youll contribute to a collaborative school environment by sharing your professional expertise supporting student goals and helping create strategies that allow students to engage more confidently in their educational experience.

Requirements

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
Previous school-based OT experience is preferred but not required.
Bachelors degree or higher from an AOTA-approved Occupational Therapy program.
Active Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Washington licensure.
