As our POS Field Service Technician youll keep grocery stores convenience stores and restaurants running smoothly. Plus after just 6 months youll be eligible for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) your hard work directly translates to shared profits and wealth building.
What Youll Do
Technical Excellence:
- Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program
- Troubleshoot hardware software and networking issues remotely and on-site
- Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems
- Travel to Client sites (company vehicle provided)
Client Impact:
- Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down
- Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation
- Maintain critical inventory systems
What Were Looking For
Must Have:
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience
- Self-motivated problem-solver
- Willingness to learn through our POS training program
Nice to Have:
- Two-year technical degree
- Network connectivity knowledge
