We are looking for a seasonedPortfolio ManagerinIrvine CA. This role focuses on identifyingappropriate lendingopportunitiessoliciting and developing all types of business activity specializing in commercial loans andparticipatesin the development of overall commercial loanobjectivespoliciesand practices.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of existing loan relationships.
- Responsible for expanding and building relationships resulting in excellent customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for ensuring financial statements are spread and analyzed addressing industry risksmonitoringcollateral requirements loan structuring and pricing credit analysismonitoringcreditperformanceandassistingwith loan presentations.
- Handles reporting on loans such as past dues documentation and collateral exceptions financial performance updates portfolio profitability risk grades etc.
- Keeps informed of financial and market trends in the portfolio and analyzes those trends for the effect they will have on the portfolio.
- Assistsbankers with new and existing loan requests and other special projects.
- Senior levelmay manage Analysts and Loan Specialists.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires abachelors degree in Finance Business or other related field and 6 years of banking relationship management underwriting and credit experience or otherdirectly relatedexperience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Extensive knowledge ofvarious typesof loans credit analysis spreading and analyzing financial statements risk analysis credit scoring loan documentation etc.
- Worked with larger Real Estate loans averaging 20 million or above highly preferred.
- An understanding of contruction loans NOI legal documentaion and draws highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills needed
- Strong working knowledge of banking products services policiesproceduresand regulations.
- Advanced credit skills in underwriting financial modelingvaluationsand adherence to policy.
- Requires excellent customer service relationship organizationalanalyticaland creativeproblem solvingskills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have excellentcommunicationsskills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of$117000 - $144000annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
