Porter

The Porter at CSC Managementis responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintain the general upkeep of our properties. This includes grounds work make readies minor repairs and more. Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Remove trash and debris in public areas and vacant units
• Surface cleaning
• Grounds keeping - moving lawns hedges clearing snow and ice
• Make ready vacant apartments
• Painting
• Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs restocking cleaning supplies unclogging drains etc.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
• Ability to operate and use heavy machinery
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
