WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN A POPULATION HEALTH ANALYST

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in facilitating demos meetings and training sessions
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to customers brokers employees and internal teams
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members
• Ability to learn and work within internal systems wellness platforms reporting tools CRM/task-management tools and vendor portals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelors degree in business healthcare administration public health wellness communications data analytics or a related field
• Experience in employee benefits wellness programs healthcare analytics or customer service
• Familiarity with data analysis report preparation and presenting findings
• Experience with Personify Health or similar systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive information

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

In this Population Health Analyst role you will analyze population health and wellness data for assigned customers uncover opportunities to improve engagement and cost management and develop recommendations that align with customer goals. You will remain informed about healthcare and wellness industry trends create professional reports and presentations that simplify complex findings and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to support the adoption of effective wellness initiatives. You will also evaluate program performance identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements that strengthen participation and long-term value.
