• Assist in cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as skimming brushing and vacuuming pool.
• Help with water testing and chemical balancing to ensure safety and clarity.
• Learn to operate pumps valves and filters.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding services and pool care.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance not required.
• Willingness to learn how to clean pools alone.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to get to shop in the morning.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
