- Support technicians with daily shop operations and repair activities.
- Assist with routine maintenance services including quick lube and basic maintenance procedures.
- Provide hands-on assistance during complex repairs requiring an additional team member.
- Organize inventory and maintain specialty tools and shop equipment.
- Maintain exceptional shop cleanliness and organization throughout all work areas.
- Ensure workspaces remain safe efficient and compliant with Porsche and dealership standards.
- Help prepare vehicles parts and equipment before and after repairs.
- Assist with moving vehicles throughout the service department as needed.
- Serve as a key contributor in maintaining an organized professional and efficient shop environment.
- Work collaboratively with technicians shop foreman parts department and service advisors to support daily operational success.
- Porsche-specific diagnostic procedures and repair processes.
- Industry-leading tools specialty equipment and workshop technologies.
- Best practices for servicing some of the worlds most advanced sports cars.

- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Completion of an automotive trade or vocational school.
- Associates Degree in Automotive Technology.
- Completion of an OEM technical training program.
- Current ASE Certifications or progress toward ASE Certification.
- Previous dealership or professional automotive repair experience.
The pay for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. based on experience.
