Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our pool area. This role is responsible for leading pool staff ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and maintaining high standards of service cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage a team handle guest concerns and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support pool staff

• Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed at all times

• Monitor pool area for cleanliness organization and overall guest satisfaction

• Manage staff schedules breaks and daily assignments

• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries concerns or incidents

• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and equipment

• Maintain proper inventory levels of towels supplies and amenities

• Ensure compliance with local health safety and sanitation regulations

• Complete daily reports and communicate updates to management

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in Food and Beverage hospitality aquatics or a related field preferred

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

• Current CPR First Aid and Lifeguard certification is preferred(or ability to obtain before start date)

• Knowledge of pool safety regulations and emergency response procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
