Daily Responsibilities
- Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe healthy water.
- Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine sanitizer pH adjusters and algaecides.
- Brush pool walls steps and tile surfaces.
- Vacuum pools and remove debris.
- Empty skimmer baskets and pump baskets.
- Clean or backwash pool filters as needed.
- Inspect pumps filters heaters chlorinators automation systems and other pool equipment for proper operation.
- Identify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
- Keep company vehicles organized and stocked with supplies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit.
- No pool service experience requiredwell train you!
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance requirements.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training.
