About the Role:

As a Server youll provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Youll work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth efficient service and create memorable moments for every guest. This is a key role in shaping the guest experience and representing the high standards of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly present menus and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
• Refill beverages condiments and guest needs throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas service stations and tables.
• Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with side work including table setup breakdown and stocking supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; training available for strong candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Positive attitude reliability and ability to work well in a team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a comparable setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
