Plumbing Service Technician

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service work including leaks water heaters fixtures clogs piping sump pumps garbage disposals and more
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings options pricing and recommendations
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation
• Provide a clean professional experience inside customer homes
• Maintain companyprovided vehicle tools and equipment in top condition
• Participate in training to continue growing your technical and customer service skills

• 2 years ofresidential plumbingexperience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problemsolving abilities
• Excellent communication and customerservice skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record 21 yrs old per company policy
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
