What Youll Do

• Diagnose repair and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Install water heaters water treatment systems fixtures piping and plumbing components
• Troubleshoot issues involving water lines drain systems fixtures water heaters and other plumbing components
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations honest recommendations and options for repairs or upgrades
• Educate customers on plumbing system performance maintenance needs and preventative care
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan including materials used and time on-site
• Keep your company vehicle clean organized and well-maintained
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local plumbing codes and company policies
• Represent Dierolfs values and mission in every interaction

What Were Looking For

• 4 years of plumbing service experience preferred
• Journeyman Plumber license preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with plumbing tools systems and local plumbing codes
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role
