We are currently looking to fill our Plumbing Service Manager role in Rockville MD.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement

• Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships

• Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay ahead of industry trends advancements and best practices to ensure the team delivers innovative Plumbing services

• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team

• Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential Plumbing management with a track record of driving revenue performance

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• HVAC certification and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
