In this role as a Plumbing Project Manager you will be responsible for developing project management and resource allocation managing project risk communicating with clients and providing progress updates and managing a team.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of Experience in Plumbing and Project management
• Must Be able to lead and develop the plumbing and construction team overseeing department P&L budgeting backlog and field and office operations.
• Provide leadership drive process improvements build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Evaluate Incoming project opportunities.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft preferred.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Bachelors degree in management engineering or business is preferred.
