MJ Frick Company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from estimating and bidding through successful completion. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at planning problem-solving building client relationships and delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive bids estimates and project proposals
- Review plans specifications and perform quantity takeoffs
- Manage plumbing projects from award through closeout
- Coordinate schedules manpower materials equipment and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets job costs forecasting and project profitability
- Manage RFIs submittals change orders purchase orders and project documentation
- Collaborate with clients general contractors architects engineers vendors and field teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely efficiently on schedule and within budget
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Plumbing Project Management experience
- Proven experience estimating and bidding plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with budgeting scheduling forecasting and job costing
- Strong leadership communication negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license
