Plumbing Design Technician

Required:

• 10 years reduces to 5 years with an Associates Degree in a related technical discipline of practical application experience of plumbing design including waste and vent domestic hot and cold water and storm water related to building systems
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams including multi-disciplinary teams with the client and construction team
• Proficient working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software
• General working knowledge of plumbing codes
• An understanding of clash detection clash resolution and building system coordination
• Passion for buildings and construction

Preferred:

• Industrial design experience including pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking eager to learn best practices and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
