We provide top-notch plumbing services including well & water treatment heating & hydronic remodeling & new construction. We are committed to ensure quality reliability and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic role will perform residential plumbing repair maintenance and installation functions including well pump systems water treatment gas and oil-fired equipment remodeling new construction drain cleaning frozen pipe repair and all other general plumbing service work. This position is responsible for handling residential services issues including diagnosis repair installation functions. Must be skilled and adept at interfacing with customers explaining and resolving general plumbing issuesResponsibilities:Runs residential services calls for plumbing based repair maintenance or new construction. Performs residential Well Services repair and maintenance calls. Monitors truck inventory prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and facing communication responsibility regarding plumbing service diagnosis and repair requirements. Coverage required for early starts and after-hours emergency situations as in training to stay current with new technology and techniques. Other duties as required to achieve the mission of the RWA Well Services. QUALIFICATIONS:Educational Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentP-2 or higher plumbing license requiredS-2 License a plusExperience/Skills/Abilities:Minimum 4 years of field experience in residential plumbing services Solid grasp of residential Well System configuration diagnosis and repair. Excellent organizational skillsExcellent ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) and work as a to utilize technology such as an iPad for daily operational be able to initiate and work through conflicts to achieve desired be able to read and understand residential plumbing manual and specifications. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in performing valid Connecticut motor vehicle operators to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and to multi-task when assigning reviewing and tracking numerous work orders and projects.
