We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper to join our growing team. This position assists licensed plumbers with the installation maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is dependable eager to learn the plumbing trade and committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations repairs and maintenance.
- Transport tools equipment and materials to and from job sites.
- Help install water heaters faucets toilets sinks piping fixtures and drainage systems.
- Cut measure assemble and prepare pipe and plumbing materials.
- Clean and organize work areas before during and after each job.
- Load and unload company vehicles while ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.
- Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues under the direction of a licensed plumber.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers while representing the company.
- Complete basic job documentation and assist with updating work orders using Service Titan or similar software.
- Participate in training and continue developing plumbing knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction plumbing HVAC or mechanical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the plumbing trade.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be English/Spanish Bilingual
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of plumbing construction or mechanical experience.
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand kneel bend crawl climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
