Job Summary: | Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include the design and installation of various plumbing and mechanical systems performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing mechanical fire protection infrastructure and HVAC systems as well as pump repairs water treatment for closed loops utility locates and backflow prevention. Collaborates with clients project managers contractors and other trades to ensure proper installation and operation of facility systems. | |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as 4955 - $5747 per month ($59460 - $68964 per year). This position is eligible for overtime compensation. The above hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If you have prior state-classified service in the same class series as this position your pay may be set at a higher amount per the state Step Pay Program implemented on July 1 2024.
