Are you an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) that is interested in joining a highly innovative reconstructive plastic surgery practice ChristianaCare is looking for an NP/PA to join our Plastic Reconstructive Surgery team!

The selected candidate will have a concentration on operating room responsibilities as First Assist which includes breast reconstruction surgery and microsurgical flap procedures (head and neck trunk extremity) as well as clinic duties on other days. The candidate will assist the surgeon in providing patient care including direct medical management through utilization of approved protocols and procedures. The candidate will also have evolving independence under the guidance of the plastic surgeon. This position does require on-call responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physicians Assistant program or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program
  • Delaware licensure or license eligible as a Physician Assistant as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
  • RNFA required for NP candidates
  • ACLS required
  • Experience working under loupes/surgical microscope preferred

Annual Compensation Range $119583.00 - $153472.00

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills relevant experience and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
