Job Title:Plant Services Work Study - Summer

Schedule: 4 hours per day
Summary:The purpose of this position is to assist in keeping buildings and grounds clean sanitary and operational for use by students and staff. Primary assignment is for campus-owned housing facilities though daily job duties can shift as needed.
Essential Job Duties:
- Prepare campus apartments following resident check-out. This involves: moving furniture removing trash and other unwanted items cleaning and sanitizing each space within the apartment (bedrooms bathrooms kitchen living room).
- Performs various building cleaning and sanitizing tasks including vacuuming dusting and mopping.
- Provides basic general maintenance services including light bulbs batteries and light repairs
- Assists with grounds upkeep including mowing trimming weeding and tending landscaping.
Abilities:Work independently as well as be a team player; exhibit excellent customer service skills; ability to work in an environment of shifting priorities frequent interruptions and fast pace; ability to interact with fellow students staff and general public while completing assigned tasks.
Education and Experience:HS Diploma or equivalent
