Plant Operations Coordinator

The Plant OperationsCoordinatoris a hands-on manufacturing professional who works directly on the production floor to support fabrication equipment operation troubleshooting maintenance and workflow coordination. This role is focused on keeping production running efficiently by solving problems supporting the workforce and ensuring safe high-quality operations every day.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain continuous workflow by keeping fabrication and processing moving at the projected pace

• Providesupport with anytechnicalissuesincluding but not limited toresolving issues with drawings machinery layout fabrication processes and material handling

• Ensure thatallQA/QC requirementsaresatisfied

• Coordinate materials to be properly aligned with job plans
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Must have experience in MS Excel and MS Word

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational skillsrequired

Salary

• $30-35/hour

• Dependent upon experience
