Tired of leading in someone elses shadow This is a P&L-owning full-authority plant leadership role not a caretaker position. Youll run the facility build the leadership bench and see the direct impact of your decisions on performance people and the bottom line.

Youre the right fit if you:

• Have led plant or production operations in a high-volume manufacturing processing or distribution environment (5 years)
• Know how to read a P&L and arent afraid to own it
• Lead from the floor not just from behind a desk
• Have built or rebuilt a team and made it perform
• Bring Lean or continuous improvement chops to the table

A bachelors degree in business or engineering is a plus but we care more about what youve actually run and delivered.
