Job Summary
SUMMARY:
The Plant Manager will oversee the initial rollout and daily management of a brand-new production assembly facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth launch and sustained high performance at the site by implementing robust safety standards fostering a strong motivated workforce optimizing key operational processes and delivering consistent top-tier product quality. The right individual will be practical and proactive with an innovative mindset and a strong emphasis on safety backed by a demonstrated track record of driving excellence in dynamic manufacturing or industrial startup settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules establish & track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive cost-effective solutions across 2 plants on the same campus.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and generate operational and financial reports.

- Ability to build and drive a high-performance culture coach teams and manage multiple priorities. Will have management teams located at each building to oversee mentor and develop.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint) and manufacturing management platforms.

- Minimum of 12 years experience in a manufacturing assembly operation.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Plant Manager with at least 300 employees.
- Experience with launching & leading a Greenfield Brownfield or significant Plant Transformation
- Proven leadership experience in managing plant operations including team development safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced schedule-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and quality assurance systems required.
- Experience with digital tools (BIM ERP/MRP systems) and prefabrication technologies.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
