Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for Managing the Industrial Organization. Participates in Establishing the Objectives and Strategies that will determine the Companys Strategic Direction. Formulates Negotiates and Manages the Organizations Objectives and Budgets as well as the Strategies Actions and Plans to achieve those Objectives. Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determines and Executes Administrative Policies through subordinate Managers
- Insures the Optimal Operation of Departments within the Organization such as: Production Quality Finance Materials Engineering Maintenance Human Resources Health & Safety etc.
- Responsible for Selecting Training Motivating and Developing his/her Staff as well as acting as a Facilitator. Also Responsible for promoting and maintaining Inter-departmental harmony.
- Represents the Organization in Industrial Commercial or Service Trade Associations to develop an acceptance of the Company as well as to detect situations or trends that can affect the Organization.
- Has the Organizations General Power of Attorney.
- Oversee operations to ensure safety Develop plans that help operations run smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA related to operations.
- 7-10 years of experience in production planning quality control process optimization or manufacturing engineering.
- Significant experience in manufacturing or industrial operations with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with production planning quality control and process optimization
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- Up to 25%
