Planning Analyst

In this dynamic and critical role you will align production strategies with market demands to optimize manufacturing efficiency and ensure seamless operational flow. Full-time onsite presence is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• RFQ Management: Oversee the intake and processing of commercial Requests for Quote (RFQs).

• Order Review: Validate incoming orders against inventory capacity and manufacturing constraints prior to acceptance.

• Demand Optimization: Map customer demand to optimal raw material SKUs to minimize conversion costs and maximize yield.

• Business Intelligence: Develop reports KPIs and data analyses to support Business Unit objectives.

• Inventory Control: Manage finished goods stock levels evaluate SKU turnover and optimize inventory health.

• Financial Modeling: Analyze the financial impact of various scheduling options and present recommendations to leadership.

• Strategic Scheduling: Identify customer ordering patterns to improve predictability and scheduling efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Experience: 35 years in production planning supply chain or data analytics.

• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; SQL and ERP implementation experience preferred.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication and data-driven critical thinking.

• Adaptability: Ability to manage tight deadlines and willing to work extended hours as needed during peak workloads.
