In this role you will independently develop maintain and analyze integrated project schedules working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. You will provide data-driven insights identify risks and variances and support decision-making through proactive schedule analysis and recommendations.
This position is part of the Fab 62 project an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility located at the clients Ocotillo campus in Chandler Arizona. The M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering procurement and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility a highly demanding environment where precision cleanliness schedule certainty and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent) including scope definition logic development activity sequencing and durations.
- Lead coordination with engineering procurement construction and subcontractor teams to ensure schedule alignment with project milestones and execution strategy.
- Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule ensuring consistency and completeness.
- Monitor schedule performance productivity and progress against baseline plans identifying trends and deviations.
- Perform schedule analysis including critical path float analysis and schedule variance evaluation.
- Conduct schedule impact and what-if analysis to assess potential risks and delays.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery plans to address schedule risks.
- Prepare and maintain short-term lookahead schedules (e.g. 3-week or rolling lookahead) to support execution planning.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly schedule reports progress updates and analysis to project stakeholders.
- Ensure schedule quality logic integrity and compliance with project controls procedures and standards.
- Participate in and contribute to schedule reviews providing clear communication of schedule status risks and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in schedule development maintenance and analysis across EPC project phases.
- Ability to independently analyze schedule performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify risks and trends.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of engineering procurement construction and startup processes.
- Understanding of schedule integration and interface management across disciplines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present schedule information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing project needs.
- Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) and 58 years of relevant experience; OR 912 years of relevant work experience.
