The Planning team provides value add by:Managing or completing supply planning based on a number of indicators (sales forecast orders production data).Analyzing controlling and reporting on relevant KPI detecting plan deviations and deriving supplier forecasts and determine logistical processes with order plans and critical timelines and double-checking of available materials parts or products in load balancing calculations and cooperating with other plants for respectively optimized of monthly or weekly production program for the assigned plant(s).Calculating and deploying short-term (day-to-day) production plans for assigned production Coordinator:Plans the material machine or personnel resources needed in support of or cooperation with accountable Planning staffPerforms procurement orders and prepares production or transportation orders according to the plans short-term resource plans monitors efficiency of processes and proposes short-term measures when the team in identifying deficiencies or improvement potential.
