Piper I

Under direct supervision fabricates cuts and brazes pipes based on general specifications to carry refrigerants.

• Fabricates pipe systems of various shapes sizes and pressures.
• Ensures proper placement and alignment according to general blueprints and instructions.
• Brazes fabricated pipes to make the specified product work as designed.
• Performs a variety of assembly fabrication production and operator tasks.

• Working knowledge of brazing.
• Basic understanding of data charts specification diagrams and work orders.
• Able to look at a general diagram and determine fabrication needs to make product work as engineered.
• Able to determine required equipment and settings. Requires precision control and dexterity.
• May be required to take related training and/or pass skills tests required for this level.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between$21.95 $23.05/hour.Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
