Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma GED or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with pipe piles sheet piles h-piles and concrete piles preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes executes and adheres to the companys Health Safety and Environmental program.
• Safely installs steel concrete timber sheet pipe and other types of piles in accordance with project specifications.
• Assists with the layout positioning aligment and installation of piles.
• Reads and interprets project plans drawings specifications and pile-driving requirements.
• Inspects equipment tools rigging and wokr areas before beginning operations.
• Sets up assembles and dismantels pile-driving equipment and associated components.
• Operates cranes and other heavy equipment as qualified and directed.
• Monitors pile alignment depth location and installation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Works closely and maintains communication with crew members operators foremen surveyors and Project Managers.
• Uses hand and power tools to assist with pipe prepation cutting splicing welding and installation as required.
• Identifies and reports unsafe conditions damaged equipment or potential hazards to supervision.
• Operates equipment on public roadways as necessary maintaining proper awareness of ones surroundings.
• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
• Performs other duties or tasks as required based on companys needs.
