PickPack Associate

The Pick/Pack Associate is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting products verifying order accuracy packing shipments and preparing orders for distribution. This position requires attention to detail the ability to meet daily productivity goals and a commitment to quality and safety

• Pick customer orders using manual paper pick sheets.& RF Scanners
• Verify correct item size color and quantity before packing.
• Pack orders securely for shipment.
• Create shipping labels using computer applications.
• Utilize scanning systems to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as assigned.
• Process customer returns and credits when needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking throughout the warehouse
- Repetitive lifting carrying and packing
- Working on productivity and accuracy metrics
- Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds
