TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Picker Lead in the Brookshire 77423 area.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picker lead receiving and unloading activities
• Verify order accuracy product quantities and proper labeling before shipment.
• Oversee repackaging labeling inventory and quality checks
• Ensure accurate picking staging and preparation of customer orders.
• Train and guide inbound associates
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in inbound areas
• Coordinate with supervisors shipping receiving and inventory teams to maintain workflow.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Shipping & receiving quality control 2 years of Lead experience forklift stand up and general warehouse experience
• Able to meet tight picking deadlines
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Attention to detail

PAY

$20-22/hr DOE

SCHEDULE

8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday plus weekends as needed
