We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician to join our growing primary care team in Metro Detroit. Whether youre an experienced physician or a recent residency graduate ready to begin your career we welcome candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding patient care in a collaborative environment.

As part of our multidisciplinary team youll work alongside Advanced Practice Providers Behavioral Health Specialists Care Managers and specialists to deliver high-quality coordinated care across the lifespan.

• Provide outpatient primary care services for patients across all ages (Family Medicine or Med-Peds scope).
• Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform annual wellness visits preventive screenings and routine physical examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.

• Work closely with physicians Advanced Practice Providers Care Managers Behavioral Health and specialty teams.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as appropriate.
• Coordinate referrals diagnostic testing and follow-up care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Stay current on evidence-based medicine and clinical best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  • Family Medicine or
  • Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• DEA license and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.

• Previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred but recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with value-based care or population health is a plus.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Athena experience is a plus.

• Base Salary: $200000$300000 annually based on experience
• Bonus Potential: Up to $100000 annually based on productivity and performance
