Opportunity Description:
- Full-Time Hospital Employed
- Focus on general ENT patients
- Interest in building a practice in a growing market established referral system
- Flexible schedule: 4-5 day work week

Compensation & Benefits:
- $525000 RVU & Quality Incentives
- $50000 Sign on bonus
- $15000 Relocation assistance
- $3500 CME allowance; 5 days off
- $1000 per year of CME can be used towards technology
- Paid Malpractice w/ tail coverage
