The Opportunity
Step into a flourishing highly respected neurosurgery practice with immediate patient volume. At CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital you will collaborate with a robust medical staff of over 325 physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to deliver life-changing cranial and spinal interventions.
This role offers access to modern fully equipped operating rooms state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and a deeply rooted referral stream spanning across Central Louisiana.
What You Will Do
- Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care.
- Perform both elective and complex emergent neurosurgical procedures.
- Participate in a shared manageable call rotation schedule.
- Collaborate closely with trauma orthopedic and intensive care specialists.
- Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and the strategic growth of the neuroscience service line.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
- Licensure: Unrestricted Louisiana Medical License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
- Mindset: A team-oriented clinician with a commitment to faith-based compassionate patient care.
