Deaconess Illinois Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Waterloo IL with a guaranteed salary of $325000 and a $50000 sign-on bonus for a 5-year contract.

• Guaranteed 12-month base salary of $325000
