Urgent Care Physician (0.6 FTE) Green Bay

Location: Green Bay Wisconsin

Bellin Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Urgent Care Physician to join our team in Green Bay on a part-time (0.6 FTE) basis. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-volume patient-centered environment with strong support from advanced practice clinicians.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting enjoys clinical variety and is comfortable supporting and overseeing APCs.

• 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week)
• Schedule:
  • 812 hour shifts
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (7 days/week)
• No call responsibilities
• Rotating weekend schedule
• Average volume: 3040 patients per day
• Team-based care: Typically 12 APCs per shift

• Fast-paced urgent care environment with a wide variety of cases
• Collaborative model with strong APP/APC support
• Opportunity to work independently while maintaining team integration

• Physical Therapy
• Ultrasound
• Behavioral Health
• Occupational Health

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in:
  • Urgent Care Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
• Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
• Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure
• Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements
• Required certifications: PALS ACLS ATLS
• Ability to treat patients across all age groups
