Urgent Care Physician & Medical Director Northeast Wisconsin

Bellin Health is seeking acompassionate and experienced physicianto serve in a dual role asUrgent Care Physician (0.9 FTE)andMedical Director of Urgent Care (0.1 FTE). This is a unique opportunity to combineclinical practice with leadership guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced patient-centered setting.

We are looking for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and comfortableleading and supporting other providersin a collaborative environment.

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
  • 0.9 Clinical
  • 0.1 Medical Director responsibilities
• Schedule:40 hours/week
  • 812 hour shifts
• Clinic Hours:8:00 AM 8:00 PM (7 days/week)
• No call responsibilities
• Rotating weekend schedule
• Average volume:3040 patients per day
• Team-based care:Typically12 APCs per shift

• Leadership rolesupporting Urgent Care provider group
• Fast-paced environment with awide variety of patient cases
• Collaborative care model with strong APP support

• Physical Therapy
• Ultrasound
• Behavioral Health
• Occupational Health

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in:
  • Urgent Care Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
• Graduate of anACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
• Eligible for and able to maintainunrestricted licensure
• Meet allBellin Medical Staff requirements
• Required certifications:PALS ACLS ATLS
• Demonstrated interest or experience inclinical leadershippreferred
