Free-Standing Nephrology Specialty Care Clinic
Inpatient/Outpatient Dialysis panel of 300 patients
Average number of patients seen: Hospital 11-15 per day; Clinic 13-16 per day
1:4 Call Rotation One week (Mon-Sun) Hospital Call Rotation
Primary coverage at Bellin Hospital with some additional coverage within the city
Outreach clinics and telemedicine coverage
Competitive Compensation Package

Up to $12000 relocation assistance
Continuing Medical Education: $5000 each fiscal year and 80 hours
