Bellin Health is seeking aFamily Medicine Physicianto join our respected team at theHoward Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive team-based environment while making a meaningful impact in a thriving community.

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:40 hours/week
  • Minimum of32 patient-facing hours
  • Typically4 days per week
• Call:1:35 rotation
• No weekends or holidays(except limited call coverage)
• OB opportunities available not required

• 2-year guaranteed compensation
• Paid Time Off:
  • 200 hours/year during guarantee
  • 264 hours/year after guarantee
• CME:
  • $5000 annual stipend
  • 80 hours of CME time
