Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established and growing clinic in Ashwaubenon Wisconsin. Located in one of the fastest-growing communities in the Greater Green Bay area this is an excellent opportunity to practice in a team-based patient-centered environment that values provider wellness clinical excellence and strong community connections.

Our Ashwaubenon clinic offers a collaborative culture experienced support staff and convenient access to specialty care allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care while enjoying an outstanding quality of life.

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:
  • 40 hours/week
  • 32 patient-facing hours
  • Typically a 4-day work week
• Flexible clinic scheduling
• Manageable patient panel with opportunity for growth

• Outpatient Family Medicine
• OB opportunities available not required
• Care for patients of all ages (newborn through geriatrics)
• Team-Based Care Model designed to support efficiency and provider satisfaction
• Collaborative environment with experienced physicians APPs nursing and support staff
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families throughout the community

• Laboratory services

• $5000 annual stipend
• 80 hours CME time
