We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. This is a full-time position providing care at our Waldorf and Oxon Hill MD offices approximately 30 minutes apart.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or NP who enjoys helping patients reduce pain improve function and get back to a more active lifestyle.
We offer a supportive team environment manageable workload no weekends call or holidays and office hours that end early on Fridays.

What Youll Do
- Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions
- Perform patient exams and review medical histories imaging and diagnostic studies
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize a multimodal approach to care including medication management physical therapy and bracing when appropriate
- Review and explain test results with patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians therapists nurses medical assistants and other providers
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Maryland PA or NP license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
- Comfortable working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- $130000$140000 annually depending on experience Productivity bonus opportunity
